Terms of Internet Trading

Claims:

Damaged or faulty goods; claims must be received in writing within 7 days from Delivery.

Copyright:

A & W Jewellery accept no responsibility when acting on the instructions of a customer for any infringement whatsoever of copyright or registered design.

Delivery:

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery service to ensure safe delivery of your item. Delivery is when Royal Mail obtains a signature to confirm receipt of a package at your delivery address.

Delivery costs:

Free within the UK.

Tax:

Prices, where listed, include all costs, excluding international delivery costs and local taxes.

Force majeure:

A & W Jewellery accept no responsibility for delay, loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond their control.

International:

In the unlikely event of a dispute, all claims to be resolved under English law.

Image:

Due to the nature of the internet and the resolution at which it renders images, our products may vary slightly in colour from the images displayed on our website. Rest assured, our products look even better in real life and we are confident that you will be delighted with them.

Internet:

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order if you so wish. You may reject goods supplied if you are not satisfied, providing rejection is advised in writing within 7 days from the date of Delivery. This does not apply to specially commissioned items.

Payment terms:

Order – pay with order through PayPal.com. Special commissions: All remittances must be paid to “A & W Jewellery” in pounds sterling.

PayPal:

We employ PayPal.com to look after your online secure transactions

Privacy:

A & W Jewellery does not share its customer details with any other businesses.

Quantities:

Prices where quoted are per single item.

Changes:

Every effort will be made to supply the exact quantity ordered, but in the event of overs/unders the invoice will not be subject to discount or compensation.

Transfer:

All goods remain the property of A & W Jewellery until paid for in full.
